After enough of rumours and speculations about the leading lady in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Golmaal 4’ doing the rounds, this piece of news can well be considered as the final development as far as the female lead of the film is concerned. According to the reports, Shraddha Kapoor has finally given a positive nod and is ready to come onboard the fourth installment of the superhit franchise by Rohit Shetty and team, albeit not as Ajay Devgn’s on-screen ladylove. Her role will be different than that of Kareena Kapoor Khan from the previous installments. Earlier, there were reports that Rohit had approached Alia Bhatt to be his film’s heroine, but the latter opted out citing date issues. Considering Alia is looked upon as the next successor of Kareena in the industry, she was the obvious first choice for the film, but sadly, that didn’t work out. However, as per latest reports, Shraddha has finally given a go ahead to Rohit’s team to work out the modalities and the paperwork so that she can sign on the dotted lines as soon as possible.
